This notice explains how Cleargate Studio handles personal information. Cleargate Studio is a trade name of 0xDB LLC, a Wyoming company (“we”, “us”).

What we collect and why

• When you contact us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write, for example your business name and website. We use it to reply, to talk about our services and, if you become a client, to provide them.
• The assistant on our home page. It runs only in your browser and sends nothing to us. It writes a message, and you choose whether to send it by email.
• Clients. Contact and billing details of the people we work with, contracts, invoices and payment records, so we can deliver the service, invoice and keep accounts.
• Businesses we contact. We may email a business about our services using details it publishes itself, such as its website, address, phone number and published business email. Every message says who we are and lets you opt out. Reply “stop” or email us, and we will not contact you again.

We don’t collect health information through this website. Please don’t send us health information about anyone.

This website

• Our pages set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers.
• It is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
• Some typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.
• Your browser remembers a few display choices on your own device: light or dark mode, which example you picked, and whether you hid the tips. They never reach us. You can clear them in your browser settings.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers, who handle information for us under their business terms:

• Google (Workspace): email
• Cloudflare: website hosting and security
• Wise: receiving payments
• Anthropic: AI tools that help us research public business information and draft emails. Our inputs are not used to train their models.

We share information with professional advisers, or with authorities where the law requires it. We never sell personal information.

Where it is stored

We are a US company, and our providers store information in the United States and other countries. We choose providers with strong security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above. Client records are kept for as long as tax law requires. If you opt out, we keep only your email address, so we can make sure we don’t contact you again.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@cleargatestudio.com, and we will respond within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can also contact the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
