This website does not use cookies, tracking or advertising tools, and has no forms. It does not collect anything about you.

When you contact us

If you phone, text, email or message us, we use what you send only to reply to you and to arrange your care. Please do not send details about your health by message. We will ask for them in person or by phone.

Your health records

We keep your dental records safe and only for as long as the law requires. You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you.

Questions or complaints

Contact our privacy officer, Dr M. Courtenay (practice@pellowbaydental.co.nz). If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. For concerns about your care, you can also contact the Health and Disability Commissioner.
